Boot Camp is a military style outdoor training program designed by fully qualified fitness professionals. It is a safe and challenging workout that will boost your fitness levels and give you great results.
Bootcamp runs over a 5 week duration, on SATURDAY mornings. Each session lasts for a minimum of 60 minutes and commences at 0800hrs sharp - RAIN, HAIL or SHINE.
