Boot camp is designed to get you into shape fast. Our fully qualified instructors will vary the programming depending on participant’s fitness levels. They are designed to make you work to your potential and get you the results without the traditional bootcamp style ‘in your face yelling’. Our goal is to make you fit, not to kill you. Whatever your fitness level.

We have kept all the important parts of Personal Training and added the fun parts of outdoor group training. Having a team of people around you working just as hard as you can be motivation in itself. And all set around the gorgeous parks of Sydney.

Boot camp runs 2 times per week over a 4 week duration. Each session lasts for a minimum of 60 minutes.
