Our flagship store (Marrickville) opened its doors in April of 2005. We now have 3 great locations so far.

Fitness Assessment and Program
Our fully qualified Instructors can assess your current fitness levels and prescribe a program that will suit your lifestyle and be easy for you to use. We will also show how to use the equipment that is relevant to your program. This service is free to all members of Lifestyle Fitness.
