Cardio Theatre

Our cardio area is fully equipped with treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines, upright and recumbent exercise bikes. All cardio equipment is the latest technology complete with cardio theatre. All you need is pair of headphones and while working out you will be able to enjoy a range of visual and audio entertainment on our Plasma screen TV's, including Foxtel.

Weights Area

Includes an extensive range of the latest in resistance training equipment. Our weight machine area includes pin-loaded and plate loaded machines with a dedicated free weight area

Beginners Zone

This area is specially desgined for people that are new to the gym environment. Easy to use equipment that we will show you how to use.

Group Fitness Studio and Cycle

Our group fitness studios are fully equipped and air-conditioned.

Is a dedicated area for our members children. Full of books, and toys, arts and craft.
